1. Use of the Site

  • Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to use this Site or book services.
  • Permitted Use: You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to:

2. Services & Booking

  • Quotes: All quotes are estimates. Final pricing depends on on-site assessment.
  • Bookings: Confirmed only upon receipt of deposit (if required) and signed service agreement.
  • Cancellations:
    • 48+ hours before service: Full refund
    • Less than 48 hours: 50% fee
    • No-show: 100% fee
  • Rescheduling: Allowed once with 24-hour notice. Additional changes may incur fees.

3. Payment

  • Methods: Credit/debit card or ACH.
  • Processing: Securely handled via Stripe — we do not store full card details.
  • Taxes: All prices exclude Nevada sales tax (8.375% in Clark County), added at checkout.
  • Late Payment: Overdue invoices accrue 1.5% monthly interest.

4. Our Cleaning Services

  • Professional Standards: We use industry-grade equipment and eco-friendly products.
  • Access: You must provide safe access to the property. We are not liable for damage due to unsafe conditions.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee:
    • Notify us within 24 hours of service if unsatisfied
    • We’ll re-clean the affected area free of charge
    • Applies once per job

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Property Prep: Remove valuables, fragile items, and pets (or secure them).
  • Disclose Issues: Inform us of hazards (e.g., mold, pests, structural damage).
  • Supervision: You or an authorized adult must be present for first-time cleanings.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All text, images, logos, and designs on this Site are owned by us or licensed.
  • Limited License: You may view and print pages for personal use only.
  • No Unauthorized Use: Do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

  • “As Is” Basis: The Site and services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • No Guarantee of Results: We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee stain removal, odor elimination, or perfect outcomes on all surfaces.
  • Internet Risks: We are not responsible for data breaches beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
  • This applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages

  • Injury or damage caused by your failure to disclose hazards

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Venue: Exclusive jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada courts
  • No Class Actions: Disputes must be brought individually
  • Arbitration (Optional): At our discretion, disputes may go to binding arbitration in Las Vegas under AAA rules

12. Termination
